In collaboration with Groundworks studio, I present my first foray into teaching dance in the Hudson Valley. In a gorgeous mountain-view studio, I will share:
- investigations into walking/running/spiraling/sliding
- specific pathways for moving efficiently in and out of the floor
- tools for sharing yourself fully in unpredictable spaces

After a three-year hiatus from live performance, the DANCE NOW Festival returns to Joe's Pub! I'll be performing a new piece that puts my studio practice center stage. For each show, Nico Torres has composed a new piece of music that I'll be hearing for the first time as I perform! I'm also featured in a short documentary about how artists' practices shifted during the pandemic

This salon-style showcase serves a fresh dose of contemporary dance with a welcoming vibe, complete with popcorn. I'm joining five other Hudson Valley choreographers in a beautiful event space. I'm presenting "In The Weeds", a well-loved solo that reflects on my farming journey, my relationship to plants and place, and identity.

I'm producing, hosting and performing in ∞therside collective's New York residency. For the past 5 years, I've traveled to Europe to work with them, but in April, I'm bringing the work home. We'll be in residency for a week at Salo Farm in upstate New York, then rehearsing in New York City, and finally premiering a new piece in Manhattan.

∞therside collective's New York residency culminates in 3 nights of performances at Gibney Dance Center. The performance is accompanied by a gallery exhibit of photos and media from the collective's unique collaborative process.

Teaching a master class in Flying Low technique as part of Gallim's Winter Intensive

Thanks to support from the EU Culture Moves fund, ∞therside collective returns to Thessaloniki for a gathering of instant composition performers convened with Julyen Hamilton! We are hosting his workshop and then present a separate evening of instant composition performance integrating Julyen, local Greek musicians and invited guests.

I'm traveling to Poland for ∞therside collective's annual research and performance residency. Supported by PIK- POMORSKI INKUBATOR KULTURY, we'll spend two weeks creating a new evening length instant composition work.

Mondays in August, I'll be teaching a guest series of Flying Low & Passing Through classes for Peridance's Independent Study Program. The class is closed to the public, but I am allowed one guest/assistant per class. So if you've taken my class previously, reach out and I'll get you in!

Dance/NYC’s 2022 Symposium: Life cycles. Livelihoods. Legacies., focuses on uncovering the generational continuum of lives in dance. I'm a speaker on a joint panel with Judith McCarty, moderated by Maya Simone Z.

I'm one of five performers in this epic endurance event created by micca. P I N E is an installation / performance conceived out of a necessity to mourn in a time of compiling obstacles. We're dancing amongst a forest of recycled pine trees installed on a wintery beach.

Supporting the build out of Mari Meade's new residency space, Le Moulin de La Belle at a reclaimed mill in southern France. I'll also be using the residency time for personal practice and dance career planning.

After 2 pandemic reschedulings, the 5 women of ∞therside collective are finally together Italy! Togehter with 3 musicians, we'll be researching ensemble improvisation during residencies at Centro Sociale La Resistenza (Ferrara) and AlmaDanza (Bologna), and teaching and performing throughout the region. Selected to participate in a 6 week art farm residency including 2 weeks of personal practice while camping on the land and collaborating with Fat Dragon Farm, and 4 weeks of collective creative process culminating in an interdisciplinary public art event.
